Rating isn't working
Make sure you're connected to the internet — AI scoring needs a network connection. Confirm a clear face is visible in the photo. If you see an error, tap Try again. History, settings, and completed routines still work offline once saved.
Camera or gallery issues
Use good lighting and face the camera. Grant camera permission in Android Settings → Apps → RateMyFace AI → Permissions if capture is blocked. You can always pick a photo from your gallery instead.
Daily reminders
Open Settings → enable daily reminders and allow notifications for the app. Reminders are scheduled locally for your glow-up routine.
Ads & privacy choices
RateMyFace AI is free and supported by ads. In Settings you can open ad privacy choices where available in your region. Clearing app data resets local preferences.
Scores seem off
AI ratings are subjective and can vary with lighting, angle, expression, and photo quality. Try a well-lit, front-facing selfie. Scores are for entertainment and inspiration — not medical or professional advice.
Delete my history
Clear ratings from History in the app, or uninstall / clear app data in Android Settings to remove local history and preferences.
