Terms of Service
By downloading or using RateMyFace AI ("the app"), operated by TQ Tech, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
RateMyFace AI provides AI-generated face ratings, summaries, tips, shareable cards, rating history, and daily glow-up routines for personal entertainment and self-improvement inspiration. Results are generated by AI and may be subjective or inaccurate. Optional Premium subscriptions unlock additional benefits such as an ad-free experience and Premium glow-up features, as described in the app.
2. Free experience & advertising
Core rating features are available without paying. The free experience is supported by advertisements (including formats such as app-open, interstitial, native, and rewarded ads). Ad availability and formats may change. By using the free experience you acknowledge that ads may be shown subject to applicable consent requirements in your region.
3. Premium subscriptions
Premium is offered as auto-renewing subscriptions through Google Play (for example weekly and yearly plans). Prices are shown in the app and on Google Play before you confirm a purchase. Billing, renewals, taxes, and payment methods are handled by Google Play under Google’s terms.
- Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the renewal date in Google Play.
- Cancel. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. Canceling stops future charges; access generally continues until the end of the paid period.
- Restore. Use Restore in the app (or reinstall and restore) to re-check Premium entitlement via Google Play.
- Refunds. Refund requests are handled by Google Play according to Google’s refund policies. We do not process card payments directly.
- Changes. We may change Premium pricing, plan availability, or included features; Google Play will show the applicable price at purchase/renewal. Material changes to benefits will be reflected in the app and/or store listing where required.
Premium is a digital service. Except where required by law or Google Play policy, subscriptions are non-transferable and access depends on a valid entitlement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal content, harass others with rating results, attempt to abuse the API (automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, scraping, etc.), share or resell Premium access improperly, or reverse engineer the service in a way that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for violations.
Only rate photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission, especially minors.
5. AI disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Scores and tips are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on the app for health, clinical, or appearance-altering decisions. Always use your own judgment.
6. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the photos you input. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the rating service.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process photos, analytics, ads, and subscription-related data. By using the app you also agree to that policy.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including emotional distress, purchase decisions, or decisions made based on AI-generated scores — arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law in your country.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features (including Premium). Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. For subscriptions, Google Play’s terms also apply to billing.
