By downloading or using RateMyFace AI ("the app"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
RateMyFace AI provides AI-generated face ratings, summaries, tips, shareable cards, rating history, and daily glow-up routines for personal entertainment and self-improvement inspiration. Results are generated by AI and may be subjective or inaccurate.
2. Free app & advertising
The app is free to use and supported by advertisements. There are no in-app purchases or subscriptions required for core features. Ad availability and formats may change. By using the app you acknowledge that ads may be shown subject to applicable consent requirements in your region.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to upload illegal content, harass others with rating results, attempt to abuse the API (automated bulk requests, circumventing rate limits, scraping, etc.), or reverse engineer the service in a way that violates applicable law. We may suspend access for violations.
Only rate photos you have the right to use. Do not upload photos of other people without appropriate permission, especially minors.
4. AI disclaimer
AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or unsuitable for your situation. Scores and tips are not medical, dermatological, psychological, or professional advice. Do not rely on the app for health, clinical, or appearance-altering decisions. Always use your own judgment.
5. Intellectual property
The app, branding, and design are owned by TQ Tech. You retain rights to the photos you input. You grant us a limited license to process that content solely to provide the rating service.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the app is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including emotional distress or decisions made based on AI-generated scores — arising from your use of the service.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms or the app features. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
